It is hard to talk Tassie’s best culinary fare without talking about fresh seafood. Drift will be presenting a 5-course seafood degustation dinner with each course matched with Tasmanian wines. Matched wines are included in ticket price and extra drinks available on consumption.
Continuing on from the success of our ‘Sunset degustation dinner’ at the last DFWF, Drift will be Showcasing some of the best seafood that Tasmania has to offer. Representatives from Petuna seafood, local wineries and Drift's Head Chef, Simon Bold will talk about the food and wine throughout the night.
