The set menu will feature picks from some of Tasmania’s best producers including Petuna Seafood, Cape Grim Beef and Thirlstane Gardens. Each course will be matched with wines from Northern Tasmania’s only 5 star Halliday Winery, Ghost Rock Tasmania.
Hundred Bears is collaboration between Hundred Acres at Ghost Rock and Brown Bear Eatery featuring a set three-course menu with matched wines.
